If you have purchased any of our packages you may request a refund within 45 days from the purchase date on the following terms:
> You can request a refund for credits that you have not used and that remain on your balance
> You can request a refund for credits that were not used to promote any of your videos
> You can request a refund if we fail to deliver the services as advertised on HelpWYZ.com
> You cannot request a refund for videos that are currently being promoted by HelpWYZ.com, unless if the delivery takes longer than advertised on HelpWYZ.com
> In some cases the view update times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your campaigns to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 10 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
> If you believe the products/services are not-as-described, this should be reported to our support department within 10 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
